STEVE WALLACE

His training includes the completion of CLE courses on mediation (High Conflict Mediations) and a 40+ hour extensive training on mediation through the #1 ranked Pepperdine University in California, Mediating the Litigated Case.
MEDIATION Method
Traditionally, most mediations included an opportunity for opening submissions by counsel and sometimes the parties. There is a movement away from this style of mediation, not unlike the U.S., where both parties instead focus on communication with the mediator and then begin negotiations. Both styles work, and there is a time for each in many cases. It is the mediator’s role to assist in determining and offering recommendations on when either method should be used, or in which order.
